TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXTERIOR PAINT FINISH WAS BUBBLING UP THROUGH THE BASE OF THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE PAINT FINISH. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
