TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE OR DURING COLD WEATHER TEMPERATURES, THE CLUTCH FAILED TO SHIFT PROPERLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE CLUTCH NEEDED TO BE PUMPED IN ORDER TO SHIFT PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
