Consumer Description

2013 DODGE RAM 1500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO NUMEROUS FAULTS WITH THE ON-BOARD COMPUTER. *SMD THE DEALER PERFORMED SEVERAL UPGRADES WITH NO SUCCESS. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FAULTS INCLUDED THE POWER ASSIST BRAKING SYSTEM NOT WORKING, THE POWER STEERING DID NOT ENGAGE, MAKING STEERING IMPOSSIBLE. SEVERAL TIMES THE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND ON ONE OCCASION, THE DOOR WOULD NOT UNLOCK. ALSO, NUMEROUS TIMES THE DISPLAY CONSOLE WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE HEAD LIGHTS FAILED TO TURN ON IN AUTOMATIC MODE, AND THE BACK UP DISPLAY DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FAILURES WERE RANDOM. *JB
