Consumer Description

TL-THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 PONTIAC GRAND AM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. IN ADDITION, THE KEY REMAINED STUCK IN THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. DJR
