TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2011 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ONE OF THE WHEEL LUG NUTS THAT HELD THE TIRE TO THE AXLE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE BECAME FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
