THE CAR - A 2009 NISSAN MAXIMA IN EXCELLENT CONDITION - WOULD NOT START AT ALL - NO TURN-OVER, NO ELECTRICS, I.E. THE AUTOMATIC WINDOWS COULD NOT BE ROLLED UP (DURING ICE STORM), ONLY AN UNFAMILIAR "KEY" LIGHT LIT UP ON THE DASH BOARD.
