TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA CROSSTOUR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE. ADDITIONALLY, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN IN ORDER TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
