Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE'S PRESSURE INCREASED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT'S EARS TO HURT. THE CONTACT NOTICED A BURNING ODOR COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 888.
