TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE MAKING A TURN, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE BALL JOINTS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE UPPER CONTROL ARM AND SWAY BAR LINKS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,323. UPDATED 09/03/15*LJ UPDATED 9/8/2017*CN
