Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CADILLAC SRX THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING, THE WARNING SENSOR TURNED OFF AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A UTILITY POLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE REVERSE SENSOR SWITCH WAS ACCIDENTLY TURNED OFF AND THAT THERE WERE NO DEFECTS FOUND IN THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MAILED OUT 01/13/15*LJ UPDATED 1/21/2016*JS
