Consumer Description

PARKED VEHICLE IN GARAGE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON. WENT TO START IT BACK UP AND THE VEHICLE HAD NO DASH LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, HORN, BRAKELIGHTS, HEATED SEATS, ETC. HAD IT TOWED TO DEALERSHIP ON MONDAY OCTOBER 20TH. THE DEALER SAID THAT THE CLUSTER WAS OUT AND IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO GET ONE. AT THE END OF THE WEEK THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE NOV 1ST. I CHECKED IN ON OCT 30 AND THE DEALERSHIP SAID THE PART WAS NOW TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR NOV 22. OPENED A CASE WITH JEEP AND HAVE A CASE MANAGER WHO TOLD ME TODAY THAT THE NEW TENTATIVE DATE IS NOV 28. THE PARTS SEEM TO BE UNAVAILABLE AND OUR JEEP HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR 33 DAYS WITH NO END IN SIGHT. *TR
