Consumer Description

THIS RECALL HAS BEEN OUR FOR OVER 6 MONTHS FOR THE LEFT TIE ROD. THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTED FAILURE OF THIS UNIT LEADING TO LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL. I TRIED TO SCHEDULE A RECALL APPOINTMENT WITH MY DEALER, TOWBIN DODGE TO HAVE THE PARTS REPLACED UNDER THIS RECALL. I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NUMBER 42 ON THE LIST 6 MONTHS AGO!! I AM NOW NUMBER 24. THE PACE OF REPLACEMENT IS CRIMINAL. THERE IS NO REASON THIS CAN'T BE DONE FASTER SPECIFICALLY WITH SUCH A CRITICAL STEERING COMPONENT... *TR
