TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE DRIVING ANY SPEED, AN ABNORMAL WINDING NOISE EMITTED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WHEN DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
