Consumer Description

I HAVE REPEATEDLY CONTACTED CLAY COOLEY SUZUKI IN ARLINGTON TX BECAUSE I RECEIVED THE SAFETY RECALL NOTICE , RECALL IDENTIFICATION CODE "VD". I CALLED THEM ON 8/20 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 2 WEEKS UNTIL THE PARTS CAME IN. I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO CALL THEM, ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD UNTIL I COULD NOT HOLD ANY LONGER. MY AIRBAG LIGHT IS ON AND THE PASSENGER SAFETY LIGHT IS ON AS WELL. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WHOLE ARLINGTON AREA, AND I AM SO REGRETFUL I EVER WENT TO THEM TO BUY THIS VEHICLE. HOW CAN I GET THIS SAFETY PART FOR MY VEHICLE BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS? I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW. *TR
