TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ALIGNED. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
