TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. UPDATED 12/2/14*CN
