TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CADILLAC CTS. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NHTSA CAMPAIGN: 14V394000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL REMEDY WAS NOT A PERMANENT REPAIR FOR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT DECLINED THE RECALL REPAIR TO BE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE.
