Consumer Description
PARKED VEHICLE, PRESSED START/STOP BUTTON TO TURN OFF ENGINE. ENGINE STOPPED. EXITED THE VEHICLE AND AS WALKING AWAY PRESSED THE LOCK BUTTON ON THE KEY FOB. CAME BACK FROM SHOPPING AND THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING AND FOB WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOORS. PUT NEW BATTERY IN FOB... AND STILL WOULDN'T WORK.USED SPARE FOB... IT WOULD NOT OPEN DOOR. I COULD NOT SHUT OFF ENGINE. CALLED AAA THEY CAME OUT, TOOK APART THE HANDLE AND INSERTED THE FOB KEY TO GAIN ACCESS AND WAS ABLE TO SHUT OFF THE ENGINE. LEXUS SERVICE SAID COMPUTER DID NOT SHOW ANY MALFUNCTION THOUGH 3 HUMANS WITNESSED IT. *TR
