Consumer Description

DRIVING DOWN A SMOOTH WELL TRAVELED DIRT ROAD WHEN THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT WHEEL FELL OFF THE CAR WITH NO NOTICE. HAD 2 SECONDS OF ODD SENSATION AND THEN THE WHEEL WAS OUTRUNNING MY CAR. FOUND 3 FAILED LUG BOLTS WITHIN 1/8TH OF A MILE. THREADS STRIPPED OUT AND HAD EXCESS METAL MATERIAL IN THEM AS WELL, NOT NO BREAKAGE OR SHORTENING OF LUGS. BRAKE ROTORS WAS LOOSE AND MOVABLE BY HAND BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS PRIOR OR DUE IMPACT AND DRAGGING ON THE GROUND. *TR
