Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SATURN OUTLOOK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND FAILED TO STRAIGHTEN OUT. ALSO, THE DOOR LOCKS FAILED TO UNLOCK WHEN EXITING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT A WIRE UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT MALFUNCTIONED AND CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,948.
