WHILE ACCELERATING, THE CAR BEGAN TO JERK VIOLENTLY AND CAME TO A STOP, AND SHUT OFF. THE CAR WAS UNABLE TO RUN OR IDLE. IT WAS TOWED TO A FORD DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY DIAGNOSED A FAILED THROTTLE BODY AND IT WAS REPLACED. I WAS ON A RESIDENTIAL ROAD SO NO INJURIES, HAD I BEEN ON THE HIGHWAY, THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT. *TR
