TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE WIN MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
