Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH AND MAKING A RIGHT TURN, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
