Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO REVERSE ALTHOUGH THE SHIFT LEVER WAS IN THE PARK POSITION. THE VEHICLE CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP AFTER HITTING THE CURB. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000.
