TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS MALFUNCTIONED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
