TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE KEY WAS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION, THE ENGINE REMAINED ACTIVATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IN ORDER FOR THE ENGINE TO SHUT OFF, THE BATTERY NEEDED TO BE DISCONNECTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE IGNITION MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 118,933. UPDATED 11/21/14*CN THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE DEALER. UPDATED 01/08/15
