Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH AND TURNING IN EITHER DIRECTION, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO ADDED POWER STEERING FLUID, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000..UPDATED 11/03/14 *BF THE POWER STEERING PUMP AND PINION WERE REPLACED. ALSO, IT WAS DISCOVERED THE PULLEY SEIZED ON THE SHAFT. UPDATED 11/07/14
