Consumer Description
I HAD CONTACTED SHERIDAN MOTOR INC. IN SHERIDAN, WY TO REPAIR N49 / NHTSA 13V-529 RECALL, ABOUT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK, THE SERVICE REP, STATED THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RECALL AND I WOULD BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST AND NOTIFIED WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVE. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED. THE FIRST TIME THIS RECALL HAPPENED (APPROX., 2012) THE SAME SITUATION HAPPENED, SHERIDAN MOTORS COULD NOT GET THE PARTS REQUIRED FOR THE RECALL. I HAD TO DRIVE 60 MILES TO ANOTHER DODGE DEALER TO GET REPAIR DONE. I HAVE NOW MOVED TO CHEYENNE, WY AND I HOPE THE LOCAL DEALER CAN GET THE PARTS REQUIRED TO REPAIR THIS RECALL. *TR
