Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO APPLY THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO STOP AND THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE VEHICLE STALLED, BUT WAS ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY BE RESTARTED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
