TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI VERACRUZ. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V415000 (ENGINE). THE CONTACT BELIEVED THE RECALL WAS UNSAFE BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT INFORM THE DEALER OF A REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
