Consumer Description

WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING AT LOW SPEED VEHICLE ACCELERATED VIOLENTLY CAUSING IT TO CRASH OVER THE CURB AND AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. MINUTES BEFORE THIS CRASH I NOTICED SEVERAL INSTANCES WHERE THE VEHICLE SEEMED TO ACCELERATE AND RPM RISED ON ITS OWN WHILE I WAS NOT PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR. THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR AIRBAG SEEMS TO HAVE MALFUNCTIONED AND DID NOT DEPLOY. *TR
