TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET HHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION FAILED TO START THE VEHICLE AND THE STEERING COLUMN FAILED TO LOCK WHEN THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. THE FAILURES OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURES BEGAN AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14E021000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
