THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE FOR NINE MONTHS BECAUSE THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
