Consumer Description

OVER THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE EXACT SAME YEAR MAKE AND MODEL I HAVE SEEN MORE THAN 1500 COMPLAINTS OF THE IGNITION ISSUES INVOLVING THE KEY MECHANISM ON THIS VEHICLE. SOME COMPLAINTS HAVE WARNED OF POTENTIAL FOR THE VEHICLE TO SHUTDOWN WHILE BEING DRIVEN. MY VEHICLE STALLED OUT IN TRAFFIC IT WOULD APPEAR THE KEY HAD SLIPPED BACK TO THE OFF POSITION. SOON AFTER WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RESTART THE VEHICLE IT WOULD NOT START BUT SOUND AS IF IT WERE TRYING TO START. I BELIEVE DODGE IS AVOIDING TRYING TO AVOID ADDRESS THESE ISSUES AND JUST HOW WIDE SPREAD THIS ISSUE HAS BECOME. *TR
