Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE IDLING. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE IGNITION SENSOR AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
