Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 ACURA TL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE ROADSIDE SERVICE CHANGED THE BATTERY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE BATTERY WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATE AND THE VEHICLE VIBRATED UNCONTROLLABLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE IN A LOWER SPEED AND IT SUDDENLY STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE RESTARTED. THE DEALER WAS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
