BACKING UP FROM A PARKED POSTION APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND. A VACUUM LEAK FROM A CRACKED/BROKEN RUBBER ELBOW CAUSED THE BRAKES TO FAIL. OVER THE PAST 2-1/2 YEARS THE ELBOW HAS BEEN REPLACED 5 TIMES THE THE SAME THING. *TR
