TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET AVEO. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE INVOLUNTARY ACCELERATED AND THE BRAKING ABILITY SEIZED. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A UTILITY POLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
