Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING HOSE WAS REPLACED UNDER RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 12V222000 (STEERING). HOWEVER, THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME HARD TO MANEUVER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
