Consumer Description
PASSENGER GOT OUT WHEN PARKED, CLOSED DOOR, DOOR DID NOT LATCH. DOOR FINALLY LATCHED AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. LATER TRIED TO INVESTIGATE PROBLEM, LOOKS LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC DOOR LATCH HAS FAILED. AGAIN GOT DOOR TO LATCH AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. SERVICE APPOINTMENT MADE, DOOR WILL BE TIED SHUT ENROUTE. MANY COMPLAINTS, SOME WHILE VEHICLE WAS MOVING, NO MANUFACTURER ACTION. THANKS FORD, DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DIE BEFORE YOU RECALL THIS? A CHILD MAYBE? *TR
