Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR FAILED TO LOCK AND UNLOCK ELECTRONICALLY. THE WINDOW HAD TO BE OPENED IN ORDER TO UNLOCK AND LOCK THE DOOR. IN ADDITION, THE REAR DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR CLOSED ABRUPTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
