REAR SEAT WAS FOLDED DOWN, REAR CENTER SEAT BELT LOCKED ITSELF IN THE RETRACTED POSITION. REAR SEAT, DRIVER SIDE, WOULD NOT GO BACK UP DO TO CENTER BELT BEING LOCKED. TOOK CAR TO DEALERSHIP, REAR CENTER SEAT BELT WAS REPLACED. *TR
