TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V529000 (STEERING) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THE CONTACT WAS PLACED ON A WAITING LIST. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
