TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE KEY RELEASED FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH INADVERTENTLY. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
