Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 LINCOLN MKT. THE CONTACT STATED HE HEARD A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE WHEN TURNING . THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER. THE DEALER STATED THE ENTIRE STEERING SHAFT ASSEMBLY WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE DEALER THEN STATED BOTH LOWER SUSPENSION ARMS AND BUSHING BRACKETS WOULD NEED REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,243.
