2008 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO AIRBAG PROBLEMS. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED HE WAS INVOLVED IN TWO ACCIDENTS WITHIN THREE YEARS, AND EACH TIME, THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE FIRST ACCIDENT, LEFT THE CONSUMER WITH A SHOULDER INJURY, THAT REQUIRED SURGERY. *JB
