Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHENEVER THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT HEATERS WERE ACTIVATED AND SET AT ANY LEVEL, AN EXTREMELY HIGH VOLTAGE OF HEAT WOULD PENETRATE THROUGH THE SEAT CUSHION. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4.
