TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THERE WAS 1 INJURY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
