TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO TURN ON INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START, THERE WOULD BE AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS ONLY ABLE TO START WHEN IN NEUTRAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THE DIAGNOSIS WAS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
