Consumer Description

I HAVE RECEIVED SAFETY RECALLS FOR POTENTIALLY FATAL SYSTEM FAILURES TO MY VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT PARTS TO FIX THIS ISSUE, AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL HAVE PARTS. SO UNTIL THEN I AM TO DRIVE THIS UNSAFE VEHICLE, WITH MY FAMILY IN IT AND JUST HOPE FOR THE BEST? I TRIED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE, AS WE TYPICALLY DO AFTER 2-3 YEARS OF FINANCING, ONLY TO FIND NOT ONE DEALERSHIP WILL BUY IT BACK FROM ME IN TRADE, INCLUDING THE ONE I PURCHASED IT FROM, DUE TO THE MAJOR SAFETY RECALLS. SO I AM ESSENTIALLY TRAPPED IN A VEHICLE THAT HAS ALREADY HAD 2 OF THE 3 RECALLS ACTUALLY OCCUR TO IT, AND JUST HOPE THE ONE THAT CAN CAUSE A FATAL CRASH, DOES NOT ALSO HAPPEN. *TR
